Jackye Clayton

As a speaker, author, facilitator and moderator, Jackye Clayton teaches, inspires and motivates people of all ages to become better business, government, community and family leaders. 
 
Jackye's casual speaking style incorporating funny, personal and inspirational stories is what keeps companies like CBS, the City of Hollywood, the Dania Beach Chamber, the University of Miami, WITI and the Jaycees among other organizations asking her back for more! Clayton's "can do" attitude has led to exceptional personal and career accomplishments. As a result, her messages not only teach and inspire, but also motivate people to make life and career changing decisions.
 
She was recently nominated American Business Women's Association Spirit of Excellence Award and has been honored as a 2011 Business Women of the Year Role Model, 2010 Business Women of Excellence by Business Leader Media, 2010 South Florida Mover & Shaker honoree, South Florida Business Journal as an Up & Comer among several other awards.

A seasoned endurance athlete, Jackye has completed several, half Marathons, Century (100 mile) bike rides and Olympic Triathlons. She is a Business Development executive for Avalar LLC and resides in Dania Beach, Florida, with her husband Todd and two young children, Hannah, and Todd Jr.
