Dania Beach PATCH Market Garden Grand Opening

Come join us for the Grand Opening Celebration at the Dania Beach PATCH Market Garden. PATCH?s purpose is to build a sense of PRIDE in our Community by creating a SPACE where our neighbors, friends and family can come and play, learn, and EAT the best produce Florida has to offer. The theme for the event will be ?Harvest Festival? showcasing PATCH?s pesticide-free vegetable and herb garden grown using our GrowBag technology. Our partner FLIPANY will be demonstrating how to turn our produce in to amazing healthy dishes sure to delight even the pickiest of eaters. Aside from the amazing display of flavors, the kids will love the music being played by our very own DJ. Garren, our Farm Manager, will provide a tour of the PATCH and show how we roll in the dirt. Rachelle, our Market Manager, will be delighting you with our amazing produce at the main tent. And of course, our vendors will feature great value added products such as arts & crafts, fresh juices, organic coffee and teas, and much more? Our City Officials will be there to provide their vision for the future of PATCH and Dania Beach as a whole and Dania Beach Mayor Walter Duke will conduct a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the Grand Opening of the Dania Beach PATCH! We will also be recognizing the contributions of all the wonderful volunteers who?ve lent a helping hand along the way. Lastly, join us for a very special presentation from world-renowned IMPULSE artist Daniel Pontet ?improvising to the sounds of the Dillard Center for the Arts string quartet (Umoja McNeish, Shomari Charlotin, Elizabeth Maraj, Jaleel Jones).
